Operator

Famions Agent Integration is operated by KUSHO WORLD ONLINE SHOP, a Philippine business owned by Joseph David Olivera Josue. Its public business location is Bacoor, Cavite 4102, Philippines. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to mail@famions.com.

Scope

This policy applies only to Famions Agent Integration. It does not apply to the separate Floor Is Lava game, TikTok advertising, or other Famions services.

Data the tool processes

• TikTok account identity, profile fields, and verification state.
• Follower, following, total-like, and public-video counts.
• Public-video details and available view, like, comment, and share counts.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens.
• Dated internal snapshots and calculated engagement summaries.

The tool does not request private videos, drafts, messages, audience demographics, advertising data, billing data, or content-posting permission.

Purpose and legal basis

The tool confirms the connected Famions account, prepares profile and public-content summaries, compares available public-video performance, calculates engagement measures, and protects the integration. The authorized account operator gives consent through TikTok Login Kit. KUSHO WORLD ONLINE SHOP also processes this data for its legitimate interest in measuring, operating, and securing its own Famions account.

Access and data use

Only approved Famions brand managers, technical operators, and the bounded Agent Sho service can read the summaries. Agent Sho access starts only after TikTok approval and separate end-to-end verification. The operator does not sell the data or use it to change TikTok content, advertising, billing, or account settings.

Storage and service providers

• TikTok provides the connected account data and OAuth service.
• Vercel hosts the website and server functions.
• Upstash Redis stores encrypted OAuth records and approved internal snapshots.

OAuth tokens remain on the server and are encrypted before storage.

Retention

• OAuth tokens: until disconnect, revocation, or refresh-token expiry.
• Raw profile and video data: up to 90 days.
• Dated snapshots and calculated summaries: up to 24 months.
• Security and error logs: up to 90 days.

Disconnect and deletion

An authorized operator can disconnect the account in the tool. A TikTok user can also revoke access in TikTok app permissions. For a deletion request, contact mail@famions.com. The operator will delete applicable tokens and stored TikTok data within 30 days unless the law requires retention.

Security

The tool uses HTTPS, OAuth state checks, server-side secret storage, encrypted token records, least-privilege scopes, operator access controls, and bounded logs. No system can give an absolute security guarantee.

Transfers and rights

TikTok, Vercel, or Upstash can process data outside the Philippines. Provider contracts and security controls protect transferred data. A person can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of their data. A person can also object to processing or withdraw consent when consent is the legal basis. A person can submit a complaint to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
