Operator and acceptance

These terms govern Famions Agent Integration. KUSHO WORLD ONLINE SHOP, a Philippine business owned by Joseph David Olivera Josue, operates the tool from Bacoor, Cavite 4102, Philippines. An authorized user accepts these terms when the user accesses or connects the tool.

Approved use

The tool is for approved Famions brand managers and technical operators. It provides read-only summaries of the connected Famions TikTok profile and public videos. A user must have authority to connect the account and must follow TikTok's terms and policies.

Prohibited use

• Do not connect an account without authority.
• Do not obtain data beyond the approved scopes.
• Do not publish, edit, delete, or promote TikTok content through the tool.
• Do not use the tool for advertising, campaigns, billing, or account-setting changes.
• Do not bypass access controls or share OAuth tokens.
• Do not use the tool in a way that breaks applicable law or TikTok rules.

TikTok connection

TikTok provides the account authorization and API data. TikTok can change, limit, or stop access. A user can revoke the connection through the tool or TikTok app permissions.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how the tool processes data and forms part of these terms.

Availability and changes

The operator can maintain, limit, or stop the tool when needed for security, compliance, or operations. The tool is provided as available. The operator does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. This does not remove a right that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that results from use of the tool, TikTok service changes, or interrupted API access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow the operator to limit.

Suspension and termination

The operator can suspend or end access if a user breaks these terms, if TikTok access ends, or if continued access creates a security or compliance risk. Stored data is then handled under the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

Philippine law governs these terms. The parties must first try to resolve a dispute through written notice to mail@famions.com. If the dispute is not resolved, the courts with jurisdiction in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines will handle it, subject to applicable law.
